On a sunny day in June, 16 staff from Westminster Council embarked on our ‘Challenger’ team building package. After refreshments and a briefing, they had a go at our novel ice breaker and navigational games.
After dividing the group into teams of equal ability, the challenge began… Using electronic timing, each team ventured into Epping Forest for an epic orienteering challenge. We had a sprint finish at the end with team Gala coming away victorious by a very narrow margin!
Teams then tucked into a well-earned lunch to recover some energy before ending in the local pub in Theydon Bois for a celebratory drink.
